Lol! You just reminded me...

I had this for the Gameboy...

The Gameboy Handy Boy

It worked really well, even the thumbstick and buttons worked well (until part of the thumbstick broke so it didn't press left anymore

None, but a couple of my mobiles have been used fairly often for Java games.
