OK peeps - apologies for the delay - I had some personal business to see to.

I intend running the voting for 5 days ending at midnight on Sunday 12th September

The rules:

* Voting occurs for this occasion only from now until midnight on Sunday 12th September

* Please vote for your favourite three images.

* You cannot vote for your own image*

Your 1st choice will be awarded 5 points.
Your 2nd choice will be awarded 3 points.
Your 3rd choice will be awarded 1 point.

If there is a draw on say for example 15 points, then the image with the least number of votes will win, such that an image with 3 votes for 5 points will defeat the image with 5 votes for 3 points. It won't be the '2nd best' for everyone, but it will be the 'best' for the few. If it's good enough for a Grand Prix then it is good enough for here.

Please try and keep this thread for votes only, it will make it easier for me to tally up later. If you must comment on images and decisions then please do so in the original thread (once it is unlocked).

This thread will run for the next 5 days closing at midnight on Sunday 12th September. At that time the winner will have the option of choosing the next theme, and the deadline for entries to that theme will be the end of the current month.

Most importantly, good luck to all entrants.

Al

PS - voting closes at midnight on Sunday 12th September ;)

This is too confusing, how are we supposed to know when voting finishes?

I don't know. I think I'll stick to midnight on September 12 to be safe.

1. Steam on the go - I'm a sucker for steam locos.
2. From Brunnel to BAe - Nearly gave it first place, but marked it down for the speeling missteak. :P
3. Motoring Heritage - Really nice, clean shot.
