Probably. I just want to know, once and for all what is wrong with me. All I keep hearing is what I don't have, not what is wrong. It is very frustrating and I don't know what I can eat, without getting diahrrea, so I pretty much don't want to eat anything at the moment, followed by big hunger, where I over eat lots of stuff, like peanuts and chocolate, which I know don't cause problems...

You have my full sympathy there Dave; we've had not dissimilar issues with Oli from when he was about 4 weeks old. He's now 17 month and it's only in the last 3-4 that we've felt remotely in control of his diet in terms of having managed to construct a very long list of things he couldn't eat. We've also had to fight tooth and nail for the Doctors to take us seriously and actually do more than lip service to the name of investigation. Our current consultant, whilst not a specialist gastro (she's a locum for the paeds ward) at least believes us and has done what she can to help, and with the aid of a couple of referrals we've managed to get to a stable state, but it's been very vexing at times.
