Friend? Isn't that how the Dr. described his recent companions/assistants? Sorry Mark, obviously I meant Doctor and I had written it as such merely to wind you up a bit, but decided that it would be a bit too cruel not to point it out

[LIFTED] NO! That's a [LIFTED] companion. Not some [LIFTED] ABC re-tread character. Damn it, the lack of knowledge and understanding on matters televisual here, continues to piss me off daily.

I was referring to the actress not the character.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I know exactly what you were referring to, but you're still wrong. V, is a heap of [LIFTED]. Firefly, is not. Ergo Firefly > V. Ergo, the picture in question is of a companion, not some twat of a character from an inferior show. </spelling it out> Mark, I often disagree with the level of SPAG pedantry you and others purvey here. However, when it comes to TV (amongst many other things) I know you know how it is. I didn't wanna be pissed off, I really didn't. I used to be more understanding of this sort of oversight: As I believe, were you, Mark: However, lately I find my tolerance is getting less and less. Maybe it's the people here, or maybe it's just people generally. Who knows.....

Companion = Wife? If a story line pans out, this rather curious word association game will get even more interesting.

Well, that may indeed be true. But the cake is a lie!

 | | | | Quote: It's been revealed that Doctor Who: The Adventure Games will give players the chance to visit Kaalann, the Dalek's capital city. Titled, 'City of the Daleks', episode one of the BBC's free downloadable game (split across four episodes) allows players to take control of the Docter, played by Matt Smith, along side Amy Pond, played by Karen Gillen. The duo arrive in 1960s London to find a baron wasteland after a Dalek invasion before venturing to Dalek's home planet where players will roam a Dalek production facility all the time avoiding the watchful plunger of the Doctor's greatest foe. We brought you a Doctor Who The Adventure Games trailer a few days ago. The first episode will be available for free download from www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho on June 5th 2010. | | | | |
