wow, most derailed thread evar? :shock:

i do, sometimes. once i was doing a little research on Watchmen before i went to see it and accidentally read the synopsis :cry: wont be doing that again D:

Yes, I've done that on Wikipedia once and once only - on many of the articles the 'synopsis' actually means 'entire story from beginning to end' :oops:

I did that on IMDB just yesterday (or the day before). I wanted to know about a Lars von Trier film and I ended up with a mahoosive page of text.

I read a 'synopsis' (maybe it was plot) on Wiki the other day for The Road - after I'd watched it. It gave away every single little bit of the story IIRC.
