The deal doesn't seem to apply to us plebs here in NI, like a lot of offers from various companies... I wonder has that ever been challenged with the EU?

The whole island's like that (Ireland's travelling community alone...), so why would it still be cheaper for me to have stuff sent to the Republic and forwarded up here with some companies? :P
