If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

Once upon a time, I worked with a 1st Assistant Director who got a call while we were sat chatting in the car, waiting for someone to arrive on a plane. The call came from a company who asked him to go and run the next Victoria's Secret shoot in Hawaii. I have no idea... It is just this stupid prudish mentality, that taking your clothes off and then covering yourself up, so you can actually see less than beforehand is somehow sexy or titilating. It isn't. Don't forget, that in Germany if you go to the wellness / sauna area of a public swimming pool complex, that swimsuits and swimming trunks are forbidden and there are often 7 o'clock reports on how healthy suanas are, complete with naked men and women walking around, it is normal. Also, adverts for showergel etc. show naked breasts. So a "tease" video like this is just boring, when naked people a staple part of real life and TV, having a model cover herself up is somehow laughable.
