I have no idea... It is just this stupid prudish mentality, that taking your clothes off and then covering yourself up, so you can actually see less than beforehand is somehow sexy or titilating. It isn't.

Don't forget, that in Germany if you go to the wellness / sauna area of a public swimming pool complex, that swimsuits and swimming trunks are forbidden and there are often 7 o'clock reports on how healthy suanas are, complete with naked men and women walking around, it is normal. Also, adverts for showergel etc. show naked breasts.

So a "tease" video like this is just boring, when naked people a staple part of real life and TV, having a model cover herself up is somehow laughable.

Interesting. :)
Context. The key to all this, is context.
A matter of fact approach to 'Yes this is the human body. Deal with it.' is fine and appropriate for the news, and in context for something like a shower gel product.

As you may or may not know, I currently photograph a burlesque night, at least once a month. There is a tease element involved in that performance. The idea of a tease is that you're about to see something that you're not meant to. Which, I think, is what that video is all about. The model is not one who's habitually nude on screen. For her to be such would be exceptional - and something that it's assumed that we, the viewer, desire to see.

And here's the thing - I know the Germans enjoy the art of a tease, because there's a good burlesque and performance network there. People enjoy the show, the performance and yes, the tease. It's good fun.
In fact, here's one of the most amazing pieces of burlesque I've photographed - apparently shot on a phone - from a club in Munich, performed by a woman who's half German...

Edit: When she performed that locally, the crowd were in rapt silence. Someone went 'woo!' and was hushed. Unlike the rowdier German audience it seems!

Second clip has been pulled, because the person hasn't paid GEMA (German performing rights) for the music.

As to the first video, I didn't find it at all titilating or teasing, to be honest, I was bored. :?

Photos / videos of naked / half naked women has never really done anything for me.

Old favourite, but I can't remember if I ever posted it in here.

Birds

Some of them are remarkably similar to the photoset I've posted in the photography forum.

That poodle is rather frightening. I'd post a still but it might scare the kids!
