Sorry just saw this No not really, I'm better than I was but my back and neck are still pretty bad, my shoulder is a fair bit better but it still hurts when it's cold and dry (typically) Meant to be seeing a specialist in the new year, they are sorting out seeing an 'expert' on it, and the other persons insurance 'revised' their p*ss take of an offer to a more reasonable amount, still a damn site short of what I would be looking for though, and as I doubt I will have recovered by then means physio into the new year
