Meh.

Cats. One decided to present a hairball at 0300hrs. Then she decided it was time for breakfast and only gave up the worrying once she'd been hit by a pillow or three.

Still, at least I don't have to get up early at the moment.

Cats are strange things. Mine never cry for food but one of them will keep coming up to you staring as if telepathy will be enough for us to know what she wants. Mind you it's usually food, clean little tray or let me out so not too much to choose from.

Lucky you at getting lay ins, I hate January and have to get up at 6am for new job :(

It's all a little scary just how quickly this has happened, and I don't have a whole lot of time to work out what to do.
If I can't find somewhere with parking I may have to sell my car. (8+(

I guess I now have to call my solicitor to find out what I should do regarding the house problem.

I know you've already been in communication, but holler when you're planning on coming over. Any ideas what you want accomodation-wise? We could keep eyes open. Everything does seem to go so damn fast in London, but there's plenty of new stuff appearing as fast as the old stuff goes. I guess it depends where you end up living, but if you live in london then I don't think a car will be that useful, much as love it. Some people, live slightly further afield (say, Watford-ish? (8-p)) and get the train in. I'd imagine a car would be more justifiable in that situation.

That wasn't your first post, was it Edd?

What do you mean - I posted in the RttFPotD thread! (8-p) Oh dear. It looks like you've time-warped above my post (8-p) That was cunning of you. (I actually thought I was posting in the Woe thread)

I considered posting in there instead of the FPotD thread.

Wow it's all happening. I've sent your CV to my supplier too and he'll be able to get it placed on some desks for you.

Regarding accommodation have you tried www.spareroom.co.uk? Think I used the site when I was letting my room and found someone pretty quickly.

Good luck!

I found quite a few possibilities for house shares on there that are in the adjoining areas to where the job is. (8+)

Hmmm. Caz's pink bits seem stuck on this thread now, and it was it claims that she was the last person to post here too, when I see that as being me. Let's see if I can fix it via spam, again.
