I think my first suggestion was Ray Stevenson. Arnie was still a better choice than Cruise.

Excuse my ignorance and possible (probable) stupidity - what's the significance of the pig?

+1. I've been wondering that too.

Apparently Honey Boo Boo has a pet pig called Glitzy. If you don't know who Honey Boo Boo is it's probably best it stays that way

With a name like that I'm happy in my ignorance.

All I'm going to say is it's amazing what the Americans class as 'entertainment'

The Wright Way has to be the most appalling sitcom the BBC has pushed out since Citizen Khan. A truly dreadful programme which I would question being in the experimental slot on BBC3, let alone BBC1. Given that it was written by Ben Elton, I had hoped for more, but it’s just a pastiche of poor characterisations, hackneyed dialogue and limited dimension.

That was pretty much the review I read too. It doesn't seem to get 'highlighted' on iPlayer either.

It's on page 2 today. I heard bad reviews too.

The reviews here are pretty much all the damning evidence you need:

Oh your god....

Actually - coming back to this after seeing more about this - it’s child abuse. Seriously, if this were going on in this country, that mother would have social services on her back. The child may even have been taken into care by now. The kid is being fed spaghetti, butter and ketchup and some mixture of energy drinks and is being paraded in TV in a hyped up state.

And, somehow, this is considered entertainment, and this abuse is being condoned by TV channels by screening it. As they say on this YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJnLX612OdY - this is the documentation of the destruction of a human being. One of the speakers points out that the mother is doing all of this now because the money will stop rolling in when the kid gets diabetes.
