im doomed ;( job interview in 30 mins, I ONLY have a black shirt and someone said to me black shirt only good for evenings :cry: are black shirts appropiate for job interviews? If I get the job I will be called "Inspector brat" :(

Black shirt could be fine, depends on what you have with it. Black shirt with a dark jacket/coat would probably be OK. Dark shirt with a light jacket would probably make you look a bit like a lounge singer. Once you're into the interview it won't matter anyway. They should care more about what you say than what you're wearing, frankly.

not used to formal cos last interview I had was a joke, just wore normal clothes and cracked puns all the way throughout

some guy asked what the job was for

I said "weighbridge inspector"

he said "what do you have to do?"

I said "Ill have to WEIGHT and see so hold your BRIDGES" :evil:

well I f***ed up the interview :( they didnt really say what I had to do so it felt as though I was blindfolded :( guesswork and was nervous :(

I had a surprise when I had an egg mayo sandwich from whsmiths today. Turned out to have 90% egg and 10% mayo. Ordinarily, it's the other way round and IMO ruins what could be a good sandwich.

The only other times I've had it like this are at a local teaching session where they're handmade.
