they should do what they do in some open day events where they crush the cars with a tank ;) those crossfires would be a perfect specimen to crush :P

edit: and theres me thinking it couldn't of got any worse  the ones with the spoilers on them, dear oh dear

edit why are there loads of rover 75's? again those should be crushed too, they have tvs, fridges and even a "james bond" type device underneath a secret compartment as my uncle has one but my uncle never drives it cos he thinks the rover 75 is some sort of deluxe collecters item when its not :x

would you not sell your car and buy something that sounds like this? ;)

Not many of them on the road already.

Those are the SRT6 models. They use Mercedes AMG innards (the Crossfire is based on the Mercedes SLK platform). I guess it was decreed somewhere that they had to look sufficiently different to the standard models which have an automatic spoiler. Personally, I think that those fixed spoilers are horrible.

It was a gathering of car clubs - mostly for classics and sports cars, so there we old Porsches, Ford Capris, Subaru Imprezzas, Jaguars, and so on.

Went to Castle Combe Classics and Sports Action Day the other week with a few other Crossfire drivers. We took part in the parade lap - basically all the car clubs who aren’t doing racing get to drive around the track behind a pace car. I found, very much at the last minute, that I could wedge my phone against the windscreen in one of the blower vents, so I recorded as much as I could before the phone overheated and shut itself off. I suspect being that close to the glass on a sunny day was just too much for it.

We used to go to Combe a lot. We used to do track days up there, it is great circuit, although the dip between Hammerdown and Tower is a killer - literally, I've seen many cars lose it there, the dip is exactly on the breaking point and a lot of people misjudge it and end up slamming their pride-and-joy into the tyre wall there.

That happened when we were there. They had to remove a car, put the tyre wall back and clean up oil.

Two Brazilian Air Force Mirage 2000s pulled a supersonic low pass over the country's capital, shattering the windows of the Supreme Court.
Oops.
