Exactly. I love snow and a good snowfall makes the world look clean and pleasant for a change.

It's not snowing here, although it's supposed to at some point, hopefully just as we jet off to sunnier climbs 8-)

I'm home by myself tonight as my Mister is out for his works xmas jolly..... Interesting point raised on farcebook, his bosses bought him a lapdance for xmas last year, they had ended the night in a strip club and he had 3 lapdances altogether, doesn't bother me one leetle bit, I'm glad he had fun, but there seems to be a general swelling of opinion that I'm supposed to have been upset or angry about it.

Any thoughts?
Chaps, would your partners have an issue with you getting a lapdance at a strip club on a work night out?
Girls, any problems with your partner taking part?

Yay....working all over the Christmas time, except for Christmas Day, New Years Eve and day, makes a change from last year I suppose....

I kinda think the whole thing is manipulative of everyone involved. I've known a few dancers, and I've been to a couple of places. I almost always end up regretting the money I've spent and then feel dirty (not in a good way) about the whole thing.
That said, I'm single, so I've no clue if my partner has an issue with it.

My wife thinks it's funny if I end up in one after a night out.

I know, I lived there, you're more likely to get shot or die in a downpour. :D

My other half's Italian heritage would come to the surface and I'd end up with Concrete Socks in a river somewhere.

I'd like to state my opposition to snow as it's only been useful that one time I couldn't get into work ;)

Snow? Ugh.

It's great when you're twelve (or below), until you realise the truth - it's cold, wet, dangerous and 'orrible.

I admit it looks lovely first thing in the morning after a snowfall, in the thirty seconds before everyone drives to work in it. After that, it just makes the place look cold, wet, dirty and miserable. Bring on global warming I say. :D

Still, we're off to Egypt in a couple of days, and as a bunch of celebutards once sang:

Quote:
And there won't be snow in Africa this Christmas time

8-)

A lapdancer?

I'll get my coat!

My girlfriend wouldn't be understanding! She is jealous that I work in an office with a lot of women. :?

To be honest, even when I was single, strippers, lap dancers and hookers really had no appeal. I'm with Alex, I would feel dirty and cheap if I resorted to something like that.

The Head of IT in the office has just been arranging for delivery of some servers
Quote:
"The servers can be delivered to us Tuesday - Friday between 9 - 5 next week (I'm off tomorrow & Friday and in meetings Monday)"

Very conscientious but slightly OTT I feel :D

Hint : - Friday next week is Xmas day
