Just spend 50 mins on the phone on a support job to find out (after asking several times) that the usb cable wasn't in tight enough. Why do I bother?
I'm going for a smoke. I may be some time.

As someone who once drove all the way from Milton Keynes to Exeter to plug a printer cable in, I can feel your frustration! Muppets.

So... now you've given up smoking you can no longer spend 50 minutes on the phone before finding out they hadn't plugged a USB cable in correctly? Dude, that sucks! Having lived in Milton Keynes for many years, I agree... it is a nightmare! Only kidding, it's not as bad as people make out

I like this. I love the choices that made it onto the chart. Chucky is small but evil lol. That same-face thing is freaky too. And then you were reading about Masons on the Moon. You have random browsing powers

I wouldn't be worried, he cares too much about his looks to get in a fight, no cauliflower ears/dodgy nose/chin....probs couldn't handle himself too well

I think you should suggest a system of repercusions to management for users that do that. In a serious, non-BOFH style. Thing is, it costs the company money when a 30 second fix takes 50 minutes, and management love to appear to make savings. Just think, a genuine way to make the users fear their IT overlords.
