I would be happy to do that if he paid directly into my account with a bank transfer, and only send the camera once it was cleared. That way you have no worries about paypal shafting you if he claims anything went amiss.

Part of the health bill is to give power to GPs yet strangely they have opposed it. Has anyone outside of the NHS considered why?

To be honest, I'd just asume they wanted to spend their working hours doing doctor type things. Things like, you know, healing people. I doubt many people go for a medical degree because they dream of managing a business.
