I have Flash. After starting the Flash object, I just get a white page...

I got offered another 2 informal interviews the past few days, one I applied for a job, the other I hadn't applied for, but both are not ones I'm interested in and the salary for both wasnt worth even thinking about, good to know my cv etc is something people look at though
