GEMA is the German equivalent of the Performing Rights Society. They've pulled it, because the uploader of the music hasn't paid GEMA for the rights to play the background music in Germany...

Do it Caz Got the gf one for Christmas and she loves it, make sure you get a coffee grinder too (beans last longer and you don't pay VAT on the beans but you do on ground coffee )

Is the possesive singular form E.g. Die Augen des Dummkopfs - The eyes of the idiot. Edit: Interesting, when I look at the image, it is normal, but the further away I look, the faster it moves...

I guess it has something to do with the proximity to the road and age of the unit.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

It can't be. All the lights I've seen in London look like that, and I haven't seen a single unit outside of London (on a public road) which has the reduced profile.

Perhaps it's to do with reducing the size of the unit in order to minimise what is, in places, very visually cluttered and distracting street furniture? London's also very well lit pretty much 24hrs, possibly reducing the need for reflective backgrounds?

Just checked google maps and the lights at Hangar Lane have the white border.
