I love Priest, but seriously... did anyone nominate one of their better tracks?

Metallica - best metal band ever, but not the best track.

I nominated Whiplash but not Living After Midnight. Sure there are many better Priest tracks but who would vote for them? When I think of Priest I would listen to Electric Eye, Exciter or the Painkiller album. Same with Metallica. I nominated Whiplash, Battery and One (I think) but who's going to vote for Phantom Lord or Creeping Death? I tried to put up some alternatives to the ancient MOR rock that usually wins this sort of poll.

"Here I go again" was cool the first time around; I actually bought it on vinyl. I find myself ashamed of it now.

Maturity
I bought loads of metal and heavy rock albums in the 80's and Whitesnake (who did come under the Heavy Rock label in the early days) were always too feeble to bother with as far as I was concerned. Anyway, each to their own (which is exactly what makes these polls interesting).

See, I like cheesy rock songs. Hell, I like power ballads too

I don't care what a song is so long as it has great drums or guitar riffs, basically :D

I don't personally think of any of these as being the 'greatest' RnR.
I still stand by my RFTC/Pixies axis of RnR greatness.
