I use it all the time, it’s a great way of keeping in touch with friends and family scattered around the globe. But I _never_ install applications, no matter how tempting. It’s just not safe.

Same, I've removed all applications that I used to have installed and I tend to block any if I see wall updates etc...

I use it all the time though, great for arranging running club (routes, times, etc...), race events, parties, chatting with my little bro, just generally chatting online.
