1986 was in the middle of my dead zone. I have no memory of that period at all. It was all wiped in my retrograde amnesia.

This time 25 years ago, I was 15 and in the 5th year of high school dreading my O-Levels- I was right to worry. I failed Chemistry and Computer Studies miserably- I can still remember in Computer Studies, they wanted my opinion on increasing amounts of data being held on computer- I didn't have one.

I did get Maths, English and Physics, and these have stood me in good stead throughout my working life.
