I don't know

My local take-away does me a couple of 'special' dishes every so often. I just ask for something not on the menu. They did a noodle thing for me a while back in a fairly rich sauce which included salt and black pepper chicken :D

When my parents go to the local Thai we leave it all up to the owner. Perfect every time. It is the combinations that make it work. I might try that next time at a chinese.

I've just ordered the ingredients for a Szechuan hot pot, it includes a lot of chillies, some very exotic sounding spices and a selection of fine meats, I'm very much looking forward to cooking it all :D
