I don't know  My local take-away does me a couple of 'special' dishes every so often. I just ask for something not on the menu. They did a noodle thing for me a while back in a fairly rich sauce which included salt and black pepper chicken  Al

When my parents go to the local Thai we leave it all up to the owner. Perfect every time. It is the combinations that make it work. I've just ordered the ingredients for a Szechuan hot pot, it includes a lot of chillies, some very exotic sounding spices and a selection of fine meats, I'm very much looking forward to cooking it all
