Harwich is the only ferry terminal I can get to by train without going through London. Trains from both Chelmsford and Epping (Central line) go through Stratford.

I kinda like that the Olympics will get a lot of people round TV sets, like the old days, when this was all fields... ;) :)

Not necessarily. Many households have more than one TV so will be used by others in the household.
