London is a sh*thole.

Why anyone would choose to live there is beyond me.

I really like it, although only to visit, although I feel the same about cities in general. I like to visit, there is tons to do, it's not massively expensive - but we tend to just go for the day rather than stay over and the museums etc. that we like are all free entry and as long as it's not miserable weather it has lots of nice places to walk around. It's no more dire than Manchester or Birmingham in my opinion and infinitely more interesting!

+1

Cities are great if you don't have to be anywhere very fast, and I LOVE the underground, I'm not sure why, but I think it's brilliant!
Chill, let everyone else bustle. The one city I've been to that I can't stand is Birmingham, but I've only been once, so I'm prepared to go and try it again.

Makes sense to me.

London IS a [LIFTED]. But it's a wonderful [LIFTED] filled with culture and history and people and stuff. I love it and hate it equally. Forquare is right, chill and let everyone else stress. If you don't have to be anywhere, it can be lots of fun. I too, for reasons I'm not entirely sure of, love the tube.
