Congratulations! :D

A word to the wise, steer well clear of nappy-changing duties for the first few weeks. It looks like radioactive waste and smells frikkin evil. ;)

Here's a conversation had in the train depot on one guy returning from work after his girlfriend had had a baby:
Depot guy: How much was it?
Guy with new baby: About <insert weight here>
Depot guy: So how much is that?
Guy with new baby: What? In KG?
Depot guy: No in money...
Guy with new baby: What?
Depot You know, like turkeys at Christmas cost more the more they weigh. How much would your baby be?

The real fun begins when you start them on jars of baby food, as the colour of the poo changes according to what they've eaten! Bright green poo one day, and the next it's bright orange... if only I had thought to take some photo's...!

About $9.3 million, I think, is the going rate for new human resources.

Much congratulations to you and the wench.
I suspect you'll be posting a lot in the 'still on after midnight thread' from now on.

Many congratulations Jon :D

You may not think so at 3.30 in the morning but some of the best days of your life are just starting.
Make the most of them because those years roll by extremely quickly and you can't get them back...
