Haven't had any major issues with them so far and they seem to reply rather promptly for any of the minor stuff. I also can't get Mobile Internet to work, but i'm not sure if that's to do with my phone, their sim or me being a moron. However with Uni and Home having WiFi, i've not bothered looking into it.
