I won't be discussing before. I've avoided everything bar the inescapable main trailer. Looks like I'm gonna have to compromise and only drive 60m to Plymouth for a THX certified screen. It's not IMAX, but it's a damn site better than anything in Cornwall.

You only live sixty metres from Plymouth? Not much of a drive, surely?

If I was that close, I'd still drive. Not exactly the most savoury place on the planet

I'd take Plymouth over Camborne, Redruth and Pool (and Illogan, Scorrier, Penryn...).

Is there a dedicated Dark Knight Rises thread more appropriate for this? What a sad and sorry state of affairs when people that haven't even seen the film yet cause enough friction against those that have which prompts a respected aggregator site to close it's commenting system down. I thoroughly believe anynomous posting on the net for something like film reviews is unnecessary and just exacerbates threats and name-calling. Mark

That's the problem, combining geeky tendencies (for want of a better description, but I also apply it to say, football fans) with anonymity is always gonna create tension. At the same time, it's amazing how much of a deterrent to becoming a member of a site a simple 'form' is

Yeah... I'm really just flagging up what a good person I am by not spilling the ending here. Or maybe it's a warning.

This is how the film ends.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.
