OK gonna try and break into the 21-30 club now, back in a tick.

Ah Had to stop at 15, still sore from yesterday, but I feel I could do 25 when rested.

i try to do 10-15 every day, so definitely that many. i think my PB is around 30, but that was a while ago :P

*EDIT* just managed 20 before my arms started aching. also my floor needs hoovering.

I pushed myself yesterday to see how many I could do.
58.5 was the furthest I could get. My arms just didn't want to push me back up. *laugh*

Right. Without any warmup etc I managed five full press ups (nose touching ground). More than I expected but not as mch as I'd hoped. After a 3 second break, I manager another 5.
