Wi-Fi enhancers/range extenders - any good?

Thanks for all the advice folks, simply set up and running perfectly - I now have strong Wi-Fi in the kitchen, bathrooms and surrounding areas. Was able to achieve this by putting it upstairs too, away from the morons :D

Glad it works for you. I'm still considering laying gigabit ethernet through the house. Waiting to see what the new DSL connection delivers, here in the cellar.

Me too. Maybe not 'thoughout the house' but next time I redecorate I'm going to run an ethernet cable from downstairs (where the broadband connection is) to upstairs (where the 'study' is ) behind the skirting boards and door frames. A 'main trunk' that I can then run stuff off.
