Well it's been sorted now.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I were basically quiet throughout and gave very short, curt one-word answers. He tried his best to be hospitable and accommodating and it was obvious he was aware of the tension in the air and the cause. He initially gave an email receipt and I asked for a paper one, which put more pressure on him. The album is awesome. Printed on some thick paper and I mean thick - I've seen sheets of wood that were thinner. Comes in a presentation carry-case box that has the couple printed on the front and it came in a storage box. We also had the order number for the album so we can order more copies from the printer rather than going through the photographer.

Images are to be couriered to us direct from the hosting/storage place (he apparently had an attempted break in and has since stopped storing images on site and uses an online facility), and we have the appropriate information. Apparently, they will want photo ID to confirm the signee is the intended recipient.

I'll be honest - if this guy hadn't been such a dick, I'd have used him for my wedding. The work is stunning. But as my sister said, the hassle meant it wasn't worth the money.
