Yup, it gets my vote. Could you combine your photographic skills as well and do some articles for the mags? You write well and all you would need is some daylight lamps (fleabay) and some white background (they don't seem to like anything else). Brings in about £40- £50 per page :D

Nice site, lovely content. Maybe it's just me being old-school, but clicking on the header doesn't take you home??
Anyway, hope it works out for you. FWIW I had a similar pivot in the career path a decade ago, and whilst shedding the skin of your 'career' hurts at the time (in every sense - filling out that final VAT return was a real headache!) it's also liberating - whole world of opportunity out there when you don't define yourself as a 'photographer'/'designer'/whatever.

Best of luck, Peter

Thanks guys!

I've taken the step to deregister VAT. Should have done it months ago anyway. I plan on still offering the design and photography stuff, but if the modelling takes off that'll be my main focus.

The site will be fettled over the coming days and weeks. I need to add more images as I get stuff built, I will probably tweak the text a bit, and possibly the layout. I wanted it to be stylish but simple, and I think I managed to hit those buttons.
