Ha. Hippos maybe hungry but Cthulhu will eat your face. And your sanity. A d20 at a time.

I'm also a keen Backgammon player, so that one goes in as well.

Did you actually understand that film? I have a feeling that a lot of it went straight over my head.

LOL, I know what you mean.

I think it's one of those films that is purely there for its own purpose. It doesn't have a story to tell as such.

When you've watched it a few times you begin to see different things in the circle formed by the film.

The most obvious circle is the jet engine at the start and the end but then there are more subtle things also.

It's a bit like Butterfly Effect in that way. (Another good film).

I can't stand people who would tell you that film was brilliant when you know they didn't understand any of it and are just afraid to say so - I've a feeling reviewers are afraid to say the same thing about the more recent David Lynch movies in case anyone calls them thick...

Donnie Darko is easy to understand. You've just got the realise that none of it is a metaphor, he's disturbed and time travel exists, it's a science fiction film :)

Backgammon and yahtzee for me too.

I suspect from what I have heard that if I had played Cthulu then yahtzee probably wouldn't be getting the vote.

HHH for me as I don't have the faintest idea how any of the others on there work.
I have seen backgammon before but never understood how to play it.

It's incredibly simple, and rather fun. It's one of those games you could teach a patient 4 year old and with very little help they might beat you on the first game, depending how the dice roll. However, there are some people who seem to have magical powers of win.

I only voted for one - Yahtzee - as I haven't played any of the others.

As for Donnie Darko I thought it was [LIFTED], poorly executed, overly repeated, should-have-died, boring tosh. IMO obviously.

You mean it's a load of drivel that can mean whatever you want it to? ;)
