Weekends are virtually impossible for me, seeing as they're the only two days I work a week >.<

But if by miracle I get a weekend off, it can't be the weekend of the 21st.

V festival baby!

Well, I've just been told there's no job for me over the summer...The contract that they extended they have unextended...
So June is best for me now....Other times might be OK, but I've just got a lot more unsure about things...

I'll be in England during very late July and early August. Early August suits me more - my birthday's there, anyway. I'd love to have a meetup and I can do London at a reasonable time (i.e. probably not two in the morning!).

If we decided sooner rather than later, any job I might get can have plenty of notice :)

That's what I was thinking. Obviously not specifically for your job (no offence) but for people in general.

Anyone else got opinions on this date/weekend?

Should theoretically be okay for me as well - flights aren't booked yet, but we usually come at the end of July, so yeah. :D

P.S. This is excluding everyone dying from Swine Flu - then I might not make it... ;)

Ok, well I'm in for 1st August, I'll start (another) poll shortly.

Chippy, wouldn't worry about crashing into anything, I think the plan at the moment is just to get as many people as possible and go to a restaurant or something.

A track day could possibly be arranged for another time, with the people who can make and afford that.

Dude, do a poll.

There are loads of things we could do.

We could always do a track day or paintballing...

We could even just meet up in Throe Park, Alton Towers, Draiton Manor.

Or we could be boring, and go to a resturant.

In my opinion if I'm spending 60 quid on a train ticket, I would rather spend out on a nice day, then go for a meal...

I know you would bish, and I'm sure some other people would too. But some people don't like theme parks, can't ride on the rides, can't afford the travel and entrance fees etc.

Going to a bar/restuarant whatever is just easier for most.
