You could argue the traffic warden comes from the current Toyota ads.

There's a bunch of strange folk in fetish gear that appear running along the sea front. I remember it being a tyre ad, but I couldn't place which company. It uses The Velvet Underground's "Venus in Furs" as the soundtrack.
