I'll start with some savoury pancakes (mmmm, bacon pancakes)

I'm often told they're crap, but I disagree. I love savoury pancakes. Cheese, bacon, tomato, basil, various pickles and salads, grated carrot, olives, garlic yoghurt, left over curry, fish, chips, mushy peas and of course chilli sauce.

For sweet, I like them with fruit and syrup. Banoffee style is most excellent. Annoyingly, I did not think to purchase any bananas so it'll have to be toffeed tinned pineapple instead.

My Mum makes cannelloni with pancakes instead of pasta, it's delicious.

Yup I wrap Beef in them before the pastry for a Beef Wellington.

Sugar and lemon FTW.

I've tried various (sweet) pancakes but nothing beats sugar and lemon.

Pancakes ahoy!

I can understand the first and last point of her belief but I must say the second point confuses me. I have a Bible to show her if she wants....
