I saw the first Transformers movie at the iMax in Bradford when it came out. It was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend it :D

Do you mean the iMax experience was amazing or do you mean that the first Transformers movie was amazing?

Both!!
But specifically I highly recommend seeing any action-y or Science Fiction type movie at one, my brother saw the new Star Trek at an iMax and said it was the closest he'd ever come to a religious experience

I'm given to understand the space and under-the-sea types of movies are incredible on them as well :D

You didn't get Mark either ;)

It's IMAX, not iMax. The power of the half-eaten apple is, it seems, ever pervasive.

Oh, I see. I honestly thought it was iMax (having nothing to do with apple), but the use of the small "i" has nothing to do with Apple pervasion since I don't own a single product of that nature and am no apple fangrrl

Maybe. Watch this space...

Zippy, just because you don't own an Apple products, doesn't mean little "i"s aren't pervasive because of them. ;)

Oh no yeah, that's totally true :D I just meant I personally didn't ascribe the little 'I' to the IMAX because of it, but because I genuinely thought that's how it was spelt.
