Add to the general wishes. I hope your other half gets back on her feet soon, both literally and metaphorically.
If it's any help, my sister in law suffered similar problems when they were trying to start a family. They now have a wonderful, happy, 18 month old son.

Sorry to hear that. I know how you feel as we lost our first that way at 11 weeks. A few months later she was pregnant again and we now have a healthy and very happy little boy. We got family friends who've had more than one miscarriage before sucessfully having a child, so don't let it get you down. There's still a future for a family life out there.
