On a forum, I don't mind unpunctuated abbreviations. What really grinds my gears are things like where/were/we're errors , or they're/there/their errors. You're/your is another one. What's worse is when you see these basic errors on supposedly professional or reputable websites. It really saps any confidence one might have in company.

News agencies should be leading the way in terms of correct spelling, punctuation and grammer.
