No, but there is an option to ignore posts from specific users. I use it a lot. I can now no longer see any posts written by n00bs like EddArmitage.

For those not interested in Euro 2012 qualifying may I suggest you start a thread of your own, perhaps on 'how many lard based products you can stuff in your face each day?', or maybe 'what sort of toilet paper do you use to wipe your fat ass'. If I can think of anything else equally as thought provoking I'll be sure to pass it on.

I'm trying to think of any beyond Adam Johnson and Joe Hart.

The problem is (a bit like Wales) there's a gap - we have some quite good teenagers but nobody in the 23-25 age range who will be coming into their peak in two years time who is genuinely first class. We (England that is) might qualify but we won't get anywhere at the tournament. Which will probably provoke another tabloid [LIFTED]storm as they'll have convinced themselves we 'should win it' *sigh*. Right now, for example, you're looking at Ferdinand and Terry being replaced by say Lescott, Dawson or Cahill. Now none of those are actually rubbish, but they're not ever likely to be as good as Ferdinand and Terry were at their peak. It's pretty much the same all over the pitch. I can't think of any position except goalkeeper (I agree about Hart) where the replacement is as good or better than what's come before. Jon

TBH I don't know that many of the U21s. I know Delfounso and Wellbeck aren't bad but they've not really played for their sides. Apparently Ferguson may give Tom Cleverley some games if he impresses this season, Rodwell and Gosling have done ok at Everton and Micah Richards pops up for City quite often. As for the rest, not to sure.

Thereby assuming that anyone who doesn't like foopball is fat and stupid?? Hmm, perhaps I should point out at this juncture that none of you appear to have anything better to do with your lives than speculate on something that ain't gonna happen for another two years?? The world coulda ended in two years....why don't you start living your lives ?? :J_V: :etc:

How many teams go through from each group? If it's only two, Scotland are f**ked.

So it's just the winners and the best performing runner up. The 4 winners from the playoff runners up places also qualify.

I'm looking forward to the Euro Qualifying games just to see if any lessons have been learnt by players and manager.

England for the first match of Qualifying (September 3rd, Bulgaria, at home): James Johnson , Upson , Terry , Cole Lennon , Barry , Lampard , Gerard Defoe , Heskey (Rooney injured , Joe Cole not playing regularly , Capello still in charge . 4-4-2 . Same old England. Win 3-0 .

God if that comes true I will be so annoyed!
There is no point in keeping Capello if he is going to continue with things as they are.
