So Mancs will spend £30m on Berbatov but won't pay £25.5m for Tevez?

I don't want to hear another Manc making fun of Wenger's transfer policy ever again

Muppets

From what I read in the news, Man Utd were prepared to pay the money but Tevez wanted to move on, which is certainly a more reasonable option.

He's been saying he wanted to stay since he came there, Manu wanted to sign him and yet he is moving on. Hmm, what is wrong with this picture? Looks like they didn't want him that much. They had two years to give him a contract but somehow they failed...

No fergie probably wanted to sign him but considering that the galzers are credit crunched and manchester united is making a £40million loss in the last year before transfers only to be made into a £40,000,000 profit due to ronaldo. Their Club is lumbered with £700,000,000 of debt.

Tevez being privately owned by MIS wanted 25 million at manchester city we were willing to pay more than that and united weren't willing to pay because they couldn't afford it.

If united could afford to buy players they would have it is not as if they are't an aging and slowly declining side.
left wing:
Giggs 35
Nani (looked like a pile of w@nk at the begining of the season and the last few years)
Midfield:
Hargreaves always injured
Anderson (come on he’s useless)
Scholes 35
Goal keeper:
Van der sar 39 nearly 40
Ben foster 26 and not at all promising
Right back:
Gary Neville 35
Raphael (Not old enough)
Strikers:
Michael Owen (has been, heavily likely to become injured)
Berbatov is a flop

So to conclude Manchester united need: an experienced right back (£8-15 million), Competent goal keeper (£4-8 million), 2 new central midfielders (£16-24 million), left winger (£7-12 million) and a striker(£15-20 million). Total £50 million to £79 million worth of spending that must take place in the next two seasons for them to maintain champion’s league status. Probably can be subsidised by the likely summer sale of vidic and Unite will likely buy Cahill for £13 million

I know.
With Man U in Europe I have conflicting emotions. On one hand its an english club therefore I want them to win. On the other hand its Man U and I want all their players to spontaneously break legs, fall over, let there WAGs be escorted by JT.

I don't even wish that, I just hope they go bust.

Very probable.
