I need to reformat my PC. Everything is f*cking up, First my Wifi stopped working, then ethernet, then my keyboard said it was corrupted in the registrary or something.

But it means taking my mobo out and putting my OEM Compaq one in if I want to stay with my legal OEM license. Ah well, might just install XP Black edition. Faster than normal XP, and looks like Windows 7! Win win situation! :)

Apparently, I haven't lost any weight (boo) or height (yay) and the bone density is slightly higher than last year.

So, it's been a good news week for most things in my life so far.

Your bone density being slightly higher is a good thing isn't it? Sorry, I don't know about this sort of thing, not being a doctor...

If it is a good thing, I wouldn't spend any time worrying about not having lost any weight.

:) :| :( (Delete as applicable)

Waitrose Clotted Cream Fudge Yogurt is by far the finest yogurt I've ever put in my mouth!

That's because it's just liquid fudge, it may as well be yoghurt flavoured fudge.

70% yogurt
17% clotted cream fudge sauce
13% whipping cream

Yes it is a good thing. Last year I had stabilised, so an increase in density - even the small amount registered this time - is a Very Good Thing.

I'm happy. I want to lose weight, though. 94kg at 173cm tall is a bit over what I ought to be. As the osteoporosis affects the hip joints, carrying excess weight causes me some pain if I walk too far without rest (we're talking quite some distance, but still).

So, my next task is to organise a walking regime to shed some spare blubber. A week trolling about Dorset should help. :D

MADRID (Reuters) - A Nigerian convicted of assault in Spain was acquitted when he was found to have been the only black man in an identity parade used as key evidence in his conviction, the government-run news agency EFE reported on Tuesday

Henry Osagiede was facing 10 years in prison after being found guilty in 2008 by a Madrid court for attacking one woman and sexually assaulting another in 2005, EFE reported, citing the Supreme Court ruling which acquitted him.

"A badly assembled identity parade, with a lack of resemblance (between the suspects in the parade) can lead to mistaken identity and consequently an error of justice," EFE cited Spain's highest court as saying.

I'd guess around 17-20k ppd. Not much more than a GTX295 (You could buy 3 for cheaper)
