It's called the summer. Most series start broadcasting in the autumn.

Channel hopped into a wildlife programme earlier tonight. It was antipodean and features the release of a group of Tazmanian devils back into the wild. Tazmanial devils, for those who don't know, are kind of badger-ey like creatures about the size of a house cat. One of the devils got released from it's carrier and kind of ambled off into the undergrowth, past a kangaroo that was observing the whole affair. I swear the Kangaroo stared at the devil as it went past and then looked back at the camera with a 'what the hell is that?' look on it's face.

Anyone remember The Tales of the Unexpected? Just found it on Sky Go. It's been shown on Sky Arts. I particularly remember the Lamb to the Slaughter episode where the whife murdered her husband with a leg of lamb and ended up cooking it and feeding it to the police. They never found a murder weapon

That's the only one I really remember too. I saw it in the 80s!

House of Cards - watched the entire season. It's good (I might watch the original now), but it won't be for everyone; none of the characters are especially likeable but the pace of it's pretty good, and, you know, Robin Wright (Penn)
