That's interesting because the trailers gave nothing away. I couldn't even tell what genre of film it was. You have a shot of each actor and then a brief scene of them dancing. At one point I wondered whether it was some kind of musical!

Definitely not a musical lol. So the title didn't give you any hints? :)

I thought it was slow and very anticlimactic to be honest.

It's definitely the sort of thing I needed to be in the right mood for, though I was astounded it 'only' lasted 2 hours; most films like that require a shave afterwards...

I've long since learnt that the title may have absolutely nothing to do with the film, plot or any of the characters etc. Seriously, most trailers tend to give the plot away, show all the best bits etc. This was the complete opposite and gave nothing away.

Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher - Pretty bad, even for animé. The villains have a lower profile than an X-Factor winner and it's hard to give a crap about any of it really.

Yeah well that was all pretty pointless. Glad I didn't pay to see it at cinema.

Gone Girl - A deliberately obtuse, 'look at our social commentary' version of those female psycho films from the 90s. It has the most obvious 'twists' you'll ever see and the side characters have to be likeable because even the leads know they should be punched in the face. It has some of the most unlikely scenes this side of a bad dream, no joke.

As a side note, if you're one of those people who wishes Ben Affleck harm (I'm not), this film is incitement to murder. Someone actually tells him he's wooden in this.
