I tried a quarter pounder with cheese pie a couple of days ago. Nice idea, poor result.

The quick way I was shown was to just do CPR right between the nipples.

I spoke to my optician and he said to avoid the glasses cleaning tissues that you can buy, because the chemicals can turn modern, coated lenses cloudy! I use just water and a little soap. Mostly a tissue, because I don't have anything else handy.

I was told it was two fingers width up. The dummy we used lit up when you got it right.
