Without being able to see the link it is hard to understand why. I'm used to Dave not being able to see youtube content, but B&W footage from 1902 can hardly be stepping on anyone's copyrighted toes now, can it?
Well I know how far it can continue, but that's all a bit of a joke tbh.

I wondered if it could be the copyright on the music. That does not apply as it is a silent movie.
