If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

James, you know Flickr makes it dead easy to post these images with all the link love and everything? Click on the "share" button above an image and choose "Grab the HTML/BB Code" option. Select the size you want, what code you want, copy and paste here. Simples. ;)

Nice piccies, by the way. I'd just like to click on them and visit your photostream directly.

Hey!
Maybe there should be sort of law, or fine, or something that should cover these types of eventualities.

He's going to be wincing again when the insurance company says 'You were doing what? Oh. Goodbye.'

The police were called out to that, what a waste of resources. Idiot drivers should have moved off the road, exchanged details and then commenced the paperwork. That complete disregard to other motorists really peeves.

Make them retest every ten years that will thin the traffic out eventually. No need to make the test tougher, many would fail the test that they originally took.

What waste of resources?
Traffic's moving, and an offence had been committed, from the looks of things. The Police are doing their job.
I'm not sure what else the Police should've been doing that would've been a better use of their time if not dealing with laws that have been broken that have ended up with (perhaps) an injury.
I appreciate it's not busting an international crime ring or a multi-million haul of cocaine, but then this is down town Inverness.
