Pretty much. Discussion with other practices reveals they have spent weeks training their staff - everyone from receptionists to doctors. We also use around 6-7 third party software which we need to check is supported. Some of it can be done within the new program but need to see whether it can achieve the same standards/expectations.

Waiting for the IT department to upgrade Office on my PC to 2010. Screw it - if they don't upgrade it I can't do any work!

We're still on XP and think they'll keep us on it for the new program. I wonder if there'll be new OS with the new hardware. Doubt it TBH.

'we thought you might be interested in this offer from our trusted partner..'

[LIFTED] off. I don't trust YOU, let alone care who you trust, and I don't think much of you getting around the privacy regulations by some idiotic proxy arrangement where you effectively sell my details to all and sundry.

I have little time for my colleague, who puts me forward for the teaching thing, then spends today doing sweet FA while I'm doing all the getting ready stuff we should be doing ready for the term time, on top of the last minute 'Please mend it' stuff and trying to prep a little bit for the class. He's spent literally all day editing his own personal work. Starting to piss me off.

I'm timetabled to teach a group of IT students at 09:00. I was meant to be teaching them maths, (that's what it says on my timetable) but I have just been told that I am actually meant to be teaching them English. Marvellous!

I don't know any airfield spotters, but I do know a few plane spotters. The ones I know are all very nice people.

No, they're all "foreign" English.

So... that was yesterday morning's balls up. Yesterday afternoon's lesson was completely right on my timetable.

Except for the start time.

Oh, and the subject being taught.

Ooh, hang on, let's not forget the name of the group, (who I have never met before) which wasn't right either.

I suppose I should also mention the fact that they didn't tell me the correct duration of the lesson.

Apart from that, it was all 100% A OK!

Except for the location of the session. So, to summarise, they managed to get EVERYTHING COMPLETELY WRONG!
