My neighbour has just been with piles of post, addressed to me, which the postman presumably delivered by mistake. Many of the items were confidential and included a cheque book, debit card, PIN notification and bank account details. It's a damn good job I have an honest neighbour!

Peter.

Peter that is lucky. have you considered contacting your local sorting office and asking someone to politely remind your postie where you live? We've had to do that before and it's usually quite effective.

I have already made a complaint about him in the last few weeks, so I'd feel bad if I made another complaint so soon.

My neighbours have only moved in this week and I hadn't yet met them, so I'm really pleased that they were so honest. It was a good icebreaker when she handed me all of my banking things.

Peter.

I PAY FOR FSCKING 10MB ADSL FFS!

I emailed Virgin regarding this. They sent me the same bloody automated message back THREE TIMES.

I think a angry phone call is in order.

I've just noticed that Gmail doesn't have the Spam recipes in the spam folder any more. :(

After my bank made a few mistakes and showered me with compensation, I moved to my new bank a few weeks ago and have already had to write a complaint letter. I think I just attract bad service :(

I don't think so. I think anybody would send a quick complaint letter when they still have my passport that they promised to return six weeks ago. It's bloody lucky that I'm not jetting off on holiday.

Peter.
