With 1mb Internet, I can't do Internet film/tv stuff which is annoying.

Well you would positively hate the iOS 6 update and all the new updates that entails:-

iPad software update 790.9Mb; iPhoto 144.2Mb; Garageband 560.4Mb; iMovie 473.4Mb; Infinity Blade II 1.03Gb; Numbers 255.4Mb; as well as a number of other Apple updates. It will take me several hours to download them all.

Our rats came back a few weeks ago. Trip up the loft with the rat bait, sounded like they were having a party up there and silence since. Going to have to go back up the loft this weekend and put some more down.

The amount I put down, wouldn't surprise me if they develop a tolerance!

We had no trouble for months but obviously since the weather's cooled down, they've come indoors. Frustratingly I have no idea where they're coming in from despite checking everything.

You can never find where they're coming in. You're most likely in an area they're attracted to and come into yours for warmth. In our case it's a cattle shed next door, they've moved the winter feed in in advance of the cattle coming shortly. Happens every year. All the food they need is next door and all the warmth they need is in our loft.

Thankfully they stay in the loft and we haven't had them in the house yet.

Indeed, that and the badger cull started :P

Also I realised that I am very jealous of people who got to see star wars at the cinema the first time round.

I've seen the first BTTF in the cinema. That was kind of awesome.

I watched the first Star Wars (what they now fatuously call 'episode 4') on it's opening weekend. In Montreal of all places. I was quite small at the time.
