Definitely not a actual Fender but rather some kind of Fender inspired Eastern European model. The video isn't very clear but my money would be on a Jolana Galaxis:  Which, if you can find one, should be fairly inexpensive - the playability might leave something to be desired though!

Hmm, except the phone shown is a Samsung phone, which never came with Windows.
None of the Windows Phone devices which have been released over the last 3 years was a flip phone either. Is that a spoof story?

I suspect that they picked a photo from a stock library so that could explain part of it. I also suspect that the phone was older as well. Flip phones disappeared some 5 years ago, I think.
